Ridgefield Teen Donates $1200 to SPHERE

For the past three years, Max Nadoraski has volunteered with SPHERE, supporting adults with disabilities through educational, recreational, and social programming right here in Ridgefield.

Through classes, arts programs, and community events, our members build independence, confidence, and connection. But as Nadoraski shares, the impact goes both ways.

“They give more to me than I really give to them. They’re so positive. They’re really the nicest people I know. They’re just awesome to be around. And it’s really changed my life ever since.”

That experience became the foundation for Lead the Change, a clothing brand inspired by empathy, inclusion, and perspective.

And the best part? A portion of the proceeds goes directly back to SPHERE, supporting our programs and the incredible adults we serve.

This is what community looks like.

This is what inclusion feels like.

This is what happens when we lead with empathy.

💙 Thank you to volunteers like Nadoraski, who remind us that SPHERE doesn’t just change lives, it connects them.
